Ascent

People with appropriate physical conditions, with technical knowledge and willing to dimb and to enjoy the wonderful mountains Patagonia owns, have the opportunity to challenge summits like Torre Norte del Paine or Monte Almirante Nieto. These expeditions can be developed by organized tours where you receive all needed equipment for the journey and also professional guides who are vastly experienced in Patagonian summits.

As an example.the adventure expedition towardsTorre Norte del Paine starts at the very minute when the guide picks up the clients at the hotel to go to Torres del Paine National Park. Later, all the equipment will be taken and carried by horses until the base campsite, in order to wait for the best day with appropriate weather conditions to start ascending. The idea is to reach the summit after a 20 hour ascent, via base camp - summit - base camp; reaching the summit at 2600m .ASL. While taking a highly deserved rest, it is impossible not to be astonished by the sight and by what we have achieved. The whole journey can be done in approximately 12 days depending on weather conditions.

This is one of the various alternatives of climbing that Torres del Paine and its surroundings offer. Summit diversity provided by these corners of the world also allows us to adapt to different difficulty degrees of climbing.
